Shipping Policy
THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR UNITED STATES ORDERS.
At TESX STORE, our aim is to offer you the finest shipping options, regardless of your location.
Upon placing an order, you will receive updates on its status and shipping details, along with the tracking number (via email) once the order has been dispatched.
Regarding Delivery Services Zone:
Currently, our delivery services are exclusively available for locations within the MAINLAND UNITED STATES POSTCODES.
Processing Time:
Processing time commences from the date of order placement. Typically, it takes 0-1 business day (Monday – Friday) to process orders. Once processed, we proceed with shipping. Every effort is made to dispatch your order promptly. The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM
(GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
Delivery time:
Standard Shipping: We usually deliver orders within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the Monday or the first working day after. (Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).
Delivery costs:
Orders are delivered free of charge when you spend more than $99*. For order prices under $100* we charge $9.99.
Order tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. If you do not receive this email, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. You can also track your order by calling our order helpline at 619-761-2358 or by sending an email to info@tesx.store.
Delivery failure:
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or unavailability to receive the package), or if the customer refuses to accept delivery, the package is returned to sender (MY-MOMENT) at customer’s expense. These costs include any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.
Change of delivery address:
Once your order is on its way, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you would like to change the delivery location, please contact us within one day of placing your order at info@tesx.store or call us at 619-761-2358.
After receiving your order:
Upon receipt, please carefully inspect the package and its contents to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for the goods as ‘Damaged’ and then contact us immediately.
Order Cancellation:
We’re sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order! If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation.
If your order has already shipped, you will need to request a refund as soon as you receive the order. Please see our returns and refund policy for more information.
Gift Wrapping:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a gift-wrapping service.
Holidays:
Please note that we do not deliver on holidays. Your package will be delivered the next working day.
Tax:
